I can't seem to find any 'real' muriatic acid. Lowes now only carries the 'green' stuff.

Also realize your state may have put some restrictions on full strength acid. (Nevada has). So you might have to check paint stores or pool stores. It is a storage thing here.

At Ace many times you have to ask for it as they carry it in the back at many stores.
At our Lowe’s the “green” stuff is in the paint aisle while the regular stuff is in the pool aisle outside in garden. They no longer stock it in paint. Not sure if yours does same maybe?

Full strength MA is very hard to find in PA hardware stores. I am guessing its restricted by regulation. Before covid I found it on occasion in HD. Never once since covid.
You can get the good stuff at leslies pool, and probably other pool stores. Its the only thing I go to the pool store for.
If you are ever in NJ, you can often get it at the HD over there, specifically at the HD rt 1 south of princeton
