During the past few years, chlorine tablets were hard to find and the prices had increased about 200%. Does anyone know of the cheapest place to buy chlorine tables? Thanks.
Prices have been high ever since last summer's disasters at manufacturers plants where they make CL pucks.
I would suggest comparing the price of Liquid Chlorine to which ever pucks you find online or at big box stores.
Be careful to avoid all the Clorox XtraBlu products that contain copper. I saw large buckets for sale at Costco before and was so disappointed that they contained copper and all the folks buying them because of the price but without realization of the problems with copper on their pools.

The cheapest place I've found is on OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace and Nextdoor. I bought new, unopened 50 lb buckets of 3" trichlor tabs for $120 - it was MUCH cheaper than the stores.
