Thank you mas985. How do you unscrew the large ring? They could be standard Waterway venturi tees.

If there is an imbalance, it is likely due to debris in the lines. Unscrew large ring that holds in the fitting, then remove the jet nozzles with a socket wrench. Turn on the pump and flush the lines. Reinstall everything.
Smaller diameter jets should have higher exit velocity and feel stronger than those with larger diameter. However, when they are mixed together in the same plumbing, the head loss is higher for the smaller diameter so that forces more of the water out of the larger diameter jets. With spa plumbing on the same loop, all the jets need to be the same size to help equalize the jet "strength".The jets with the much lower flow is because the nozzles are much smaller diameter - so a total of 5 jets, 3 of which were strong, and the 2 'super gentle' restricted jets. Not sure why anyone would not have them all the same pressure... Appreciate the help.
yep going to flush today, just have one jet about 2 feet back under the step and need to get a longer socket extension. Then will flush to see pressure across them all. And yes the faceplates and retaining rings were all trashed. They were friction fitted and cemented in to the plaster.Run your spa without the jets to flush out any debris.. I did that to mine and found all kinds of chucks of PVC and whatnot from old glue jobs come out.
Did you trash the retaining rings getting the nozzles out?
Hopefull your nozzles are alright.. and you can find some eyeballs that work. I had to find a new nozzle for mine that had blown out of the whole. I never knew what it was until years later... by then the nozzle was long gone. They were friction fitted and cemented in to the plaster
