Be careful pressure washing as it can chip off the plaster/pebble.
Probably not a good idea using detergent either.
Why do you think you need to pressure wash the pebble surface?

I have pressure washed mine the last two season, no issues so far. I don't use any detergent though. I don't get aggressive with it, 1800 psi~ 1.2 gallons per min or something like that.
