Why are the two valves not able to switch when toggling through pool/spa? Does it need to be a dual body system? Or can a single body system be able to operate those two inputs?

Spa/Pool valve actuators not actuating with Pentair Easytouch
I just had a new pentair system installed & connected to existing pentair actuators. The actuators are connected and move when the toggle switch is flipped over. When the "self test" diagnostic on the Easytouch panel is run, each actuator moves as it should during the test, and the display reads...

Any EasyTouch should cycle those valves. Sorry, I misread your initial post... You need a Pool AND Spa system and not a Pool OR Spa system
Do you have them connected to the Intake and Return ports on the main board, or do you have them connected to the A and B valve ports.
Do you have the little 3-position switch on the valve set to one of the on positions... They are ON-OFF-ON.
All you should need to do is switch between the Pool mode and Spa mode.
