Hi everyone, I live in the United States but have a home in Mexico, north of Puerto Vallarta. I have recentely built a beautiful ocean side pool. The company I choose to install the equipment used Pentair Intellicenter. Unfortunately I have very little faith in their knowledge of the Pentair products. Right now I am working on fixing the automation capablities of Pentair. I have a dual system - pool & spa with two seperate heaters including heat pumps, but the first red flag was they installed a dual body single system card (I8PS). I am having that fixed but they have never programmed that I10D card - yikes. They also did not install Pentair heat/chiller pumps because they told me they were not available in Mexico. I have found out since that is not true. So I am having issues controlling non-pentair equipment through they Pentair App and now have to use two apps for my system.
So here I am hoping you kind folks can talk me through issues as they arrive.
