Polaris 280 Hose keeps coming off

Turn the large plastic bolt connector on the side of the wall fitting counter clockwise a little . That will reduce the water pressure and also adjust the Polaris's speed.

Thank you. Can we do something on the booster pump too to lower the pressure? Last week the "Zodiac D29 UWF Quick Disconnect" burst into pieces and I replaced it along with new "Polaris 9-100-9002 Pressure Relief Valve" and also the " Pool Hose Swivel" that was leaking. I don't want these damaged again.

Also is it normal for water to continuously ooze out of the Pressure Relief Valve? That is happening in min even with the new one.

I just put a new connector and pressure relief valve on also and I have quit a bit of water coming out. If I close the pressure relief valve all the way the polaris wants to crawl out of the pool.

I just checked mine. The Polaris hose comes out of the wall mount with a quarter turn counter-clockwise. The wall mount itself also unscrews counter-clockwise. The restrictor plate is installed behind the wall mount.

My problem - my wall mount does not have restrictor plate.

I need to unscrew the wall mount, and am unable to do it.

Is there special tool? I'm not successful at all.

Polaris Universal Wall Fitting Removal Tool part number 10-102-00

Nabin, Is this what your wall mount looks like? If it is, then it just simply unscrews. It might be tight, and might need some tools. Mine simply unscrews with just my hands.

It is. However it didn't unscrew. As suggested in the forum, I ordered Fitting Removal Tool part number 10-102-00.
