Pentair Mastertemp 400 no power to the control panel

I have no power at the control panel and checked power to unit and get 240 volts. Suspected the transformer and replaced it but no change Checked the fuse with meter and it’s good

No automation. Had it for years always fired up every year

It has 5 buttons

Below is the wiring diagram for your heater.

Check you have 24VAC at the connector to the Control Board.

If so you either have a bad keypad or a bad board.

You can try replacing the keypad before the board but if you need a new board you will get the new model board that comes with the six button keypad.

Examine the control board carefully for any burnt components.

You can also try jumping the membrane pad.
