Not getting power to Mastertemp400

I replaced the relay driver chips and nothing changed so the relay is the problem. I have a legacy control panel so I think I'll just upgrade it to an intellicenter. Thank you very much to all that replied. I could not have solved this without the amazing help!

Best regards,
Mike

Get the part and bring it somewhere to have the part replaced.

I am still not sure that the relay is the actual problem, but it is worth a try.

Apply 24 volts DC to the coil to see if the relay closes.

Terminals #2 and # 9 are the coil.

I removed the circuit board and before I replaced the relay, I tested it. I hooked my multimeter to J19 (Heater) and set it to audible continuity. I then applied 24V DC across pins #2 & #9 and the meter sounded, indicating that it did close. So, it’s not the relay. What can I check next?

Thanks,
Mike

You either have a problem with the EasyTouch setup, programming, or usage; the relay drivers, the relay; or the PCB.

If you believe the relay driver chips and relay are good you should look at the EasyTouch setup and why it is not triggering the relay.
