I could make a hot mess with that griddle! Have you had that very long? How many times have you used it?

Oh we used one of those recently on a camping trip. Nothing better than waking up on a chilly mountain top to steaming hot cup of coffee, pancakes and bacon on the griddle.....And the threat of a bear sighting less than a mile from the campsite

I have only had the griddle about 3 months, so I am still enjoying all the possibilities it represents. I use it a couple times a week but I will be using it more during the summer, as I will have more family over all the time. With 4 children, 7 grandchildren, all living in the local area and a pool, summers at my house are always very full. One of the favorites, so far, is Smash burgers. Everyone actually prefers them to burgers off my Kamado Joe grill, I have to admit they come out very tasty with that crust on them.
