Jandy FloPro VS 2.7 pump replacement options

Upon reconnecting the wires in the RS the app works again. I don't know if this is normal behavior but thought it was interesting since it seems those terminals are the correct place to connect the pump per many in this thread.
So, you now can access the iAquaLink app and all working. However, the new Pentair IntelliFlo VSF3 (model #011075) pump is still NOT connecting with the RS485 cable to AquaLink. I think you tried multiple wire configurations. Just want to verify which pump you are connecting because your signature still shows Jandy and you discussed 2 different Pentair pumps. Also, did cut off the ends to the RS485 cable (on both ends) and test for continuity of each wire? Then installed again.

Apologies, been tied up for several days and couldn't spend any time on this issue.

So, I noticed that after I'd wired the pump to the Aqualink RS per earlier posts that I could no longer connect to the system using the mobile app. Upon reconnecting the wires in the RS the app works again. I don't know if this is normal behavior but thought it was interesting since it seems those terminals are the correct place to connect the pump per many in this thread. At this point I'm really left scratching my head on this one.
One thing that hasn’t yet been discussed is the address setting of the new pump. The pump can typically have one of four different addresses and these are accessed on the Aqualink side by setting up VSP Pump1 through Pump4.

Even if your RS-485 wiring is correct, the pump won’t respond unless it’s address setting matches the address (i.e. PUMP number) that the Aqualink is addressing?

Does the manual for your new pump talk about how to set the pump address (1 - 4)? If so, check the address setting and make sure it’s set to address 1, assuming that you are setting up VSP Pump 1 on the Aqualink system.

On some pump motors the address is set up with DIP switches, or it may be set through the controller’s keyboard.

I just thought that I would mention this because I haven’t seen it mentioned yet.
