Help identifying a Hayward DE filter model

Hello all
Newbie here. My objective is to replace all the grid panels in my Hayward DE filter. Unfortunately, the filter label is missing.
I've viewed a few Hayward manuals and I think I may have a DE3620. The key word being "think".
Any idea how to determine the model # ?

I know it's at least 7 years old.

I believe if you measure the height from the middle of the air relief to the foot, the overall height should correspond to your model (side A in the diagram). The 3620 is 34.1” tall.
