For some reason the app keeps logging me out after I close it. Anyone else experiencing or have experienced this before?

I literally got a new pool today, I just set up the Omni PL automation and I downloaded the app. I've been using it all day and I've been having the same behavior, Even if I switch apps for one second and go back, it's already kicked me out . I thought it was just a really bad developer who created this thing.
Mine started doing the same today (Wed 8/21/24). I think it was ok when I used it yesterday morning. I tried restarting the phone but that didn't change the behavior. If I switch apps or go to my home screen I have to log in again when I return to the Omnilogic app. It never did this before in the two years I've used it.
EDIT - I'm using the android version and the playstore says it was updated on August 14th. That's a week ago but I'm not sure when my phone updated to this version.
EDIT2 - The Playstore Omnilogic app reviews are getting pounded with negative reviews for the logout issue. They are replying that they hope to have an app update out later today or tomorrow.

Same issue this morning just started after 4 years of using the app. Something must have changed with the new update version i guess. Hope they correct this is annoying to have to keep logging in
I just discovered I can control everything from the haywardomnilogic.com website from my iphone and it remembers my login info.
I just started having the same issue. I have to log in every time I leave the app and come back. This just started as few days ago.
Just another member here having the same issue! Very frustrating! Hopefully Hayward will sort this out and send out another software update soon!
I've been using this app for a couple years and this started happening to me about a week ago. It's really frustrating. I've emailed the company along w/ removing the app and then adding again w/ the same issues. Let me know if you find a fix.

Just here to add my name to the people experiencing this issue. Following this thread in hopes we'll get a fix shortly.
Same issue with the app logging me out every time I put my phone down … very annoying if you’re working around the pool and want to adjust the pumps and heater without having to walk around to the control panel. I have deleted and downloaded/reloaded the app from the Apple Store with no change … please fix!!
I have the same issue. Have used the App for years with no issues. Very frustrating.

Happened to me. Android. Uninstalled, re-installed, works again. For some reason, it still shows the login screen but quickly moves past it to site selection and then quickly moves past that into what you would expect to see.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the App today on my iPhone and everything seems to be working like it did for years. Hope it holds!
