Froglog escape ramp

Does anyone have any experience with this? Does it actually work ? Looks pretty cool and id prefer the frogs got out alive than having to scoop them out every day

 
I taped a 12 x 18" piece of 1/2 inch styrofoam rigid insulation to the top of the decking and let the other end float in the pool.

That gave the frogs and toads a "handicap ramp" and reduced my frog removal duty by 90%.

Great idea !
We have used them for a few years and they have significantly reduced the number of dead frogs (and other critters) we find in the skimmer basket, of course YMMV.
