Anyone tried this hack?

Does anyone know or have experience with the Jandy TruDose system? I'm tired of dosing acid to my pool every other day. PH also goes above 8.0 while we are out of town for a week. Thanks!

Just got a new cell and cord from them. Working great so far! Great price too. Finally making good FC. Old one was definitely at the end of its life.

OCLT pass with flying colors. CYA is at 70 and CC is 0.5

it’s pushing a good amount of gas out but still not making enough FC.

it’s been running at 100% for the past two days and keeping the FC constant at 4.5. The cell is pushing air bubbles out of the return jets. Is that a sign of it slowly dying?

Sorry, I was referring to the past couple of days. It's been running 30-40% 23hr/day 7 months per year, for the past three years.

Cell is three years old. Still running at 100% at 23h/day, I'm getting FC 5.5 reading from the sample I took from the return jet and FC 5.0 from the middle of the pool. FC 4.5 last night. We got 0.5" of rain last night, but I don't think it affected the water much.

The three prongs look all corroded after I cleaned out the scale. At 100%, it didn't produce chlorine last night. Probably 0.5 to 1 in the span of 10 hours. I'm not getting any error codes on the panel. Is there a diagnostic feature that I can run on the panel?

Maybe this is why I'm not getting enough FC? :ROFLMAO:😭 It's marinating in an acid bath bucket right now 1 part Muriatic Acid and 3 part tap water. Hopefully, this will fix it. I will run it at 100% tonight and see how much FC it produces in the morning.
