Getting “Omni controller lost connection to router” on my Omni app. I’ve had this before. Resetting the router always works.

Reached out to Hayward and they instantly sent me to contact a local company for warranty. Which I guess is fine, but prefer to trouble shoot it myself.
 
Did you power cycle and reboot the OmniPL?

Do you see the OmniPL IP connected in your router DHCP list?

Sorry, went out of town.

So I went to the physical pad/screen by my pump. It's not allowing me to use the touch screen. It's almost like it's froze, but not. Can't access the shut down the screen even.
Turn off the circuit breaker that powers the Omni.
 
Okay different issue, different day.

No red banner, no errors, all updated to latest firmware for awhile now.

When to use the app to shut down the salt cell as I had dumped 40 lbs of salt into the pool and it slipped my mind. Noticed that when I also tried to bump up the pump speed, nothing happened.

Shut down the control panel. Everything started back up, etc. and still on schedule. Still no ability to use the app.

Unplugged the router to reset that twice. And still nothing.

Anyone have any ideas?

OMNI APP has been behaving strangely the last few days.

I would give it a few days to see if Hayward fixes it or call Hayward Support.
