Hi
I broke my solar pump last April and till December I kept the pool clean with liquid chlorine and Cya at 30 and everything was ok than I left home for a1 month and my wife used only tablets and CYA went up to 80 and pool got cloudy
So when I got back home I drained the pool refill it with fresh water and with CYA at 50 I did a slam and kept FC at 30 for 3 days straight and the water got clear but in the bottom is still dirty and when I put the robot water mixed up and got cloudy again
Is possible that lack water circulation ( pump broken ) keep the pool cloudy?

Without a pump you have no filtering so yea it could be that.

I thought slamming the pool with FC at 30 for 3 days straight straight was enough even without the pump working , in 2 weeks I’ll buy the controller (1.500$!)
In the while is there something I can do to clear the water without the pump running?

Brush it to mix chemicals. But note that you are not following the SLAM process. Leaving the chlorine that high can also damage your pool and equipment if you don’t have the correct ratio of CYA in the water. SLAM level for 50 CYA is only 20ppm FC. You are wasting lots of chlorine keeping it that high over SLAM level.

Get 5 ppm daily into the pool till the pump is fixed. You can use any submersible pump in the pool and let it run so there's mixing and the water hopefully won't get worse. Slam needs to begin when the pump is fixed and you follow the
SLAM Process.

I stopped the slam when FC stopped going down at night (FC 30 at 6pm and FC at 30 at 6 am next morning and water was clean and clear and I thought the robot was going to clean up all the garbage without getting water cloudy again but it did
Now Fc level is at 18 I’ll keep it at 20 ( slam level) for 2 weeks until I fix the pump ?

You can do that but you need to keep mixing the water. If you have a sump pump to drop in there it’ll help, but obviously you won’t be doing any filtering.

My robot has the filters for fine sediment and works great but the pool after the robot get cloudy again so I stopped using it
May be better use the robot more because this little filters are way smaller than the pool one ?
