My pool pump stopped working the other day, when I went to look at it, saw the error message on the display "error pump stalled". I have power cycled the unit and shut power off for over 24 hours and still get the message.
I disconnected the motor from power and took it apart to verify the impeller was still spinning freely. There are three jumpers (black, red, blue) that connect the motor to the drive board. What I found was that with these disconnected, the impeller spins freely. Once I connect the drive board back to the motor the impeller catches and will not spin freely.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
