Can someone please help me identify this valve? It has a shaft leak and I'm assuming I need to replace the shaft seals. I think it's a Pentair, but really not sure at all.

I don't have a picture of the bottom, but the actuator handle does say Pentair. I think it's safe to say it's a 2" Pentair. I'm pretty new at this...LOL. I'll likely order 2 shaft O rings, 1 spacer, and a cover O ring. Is there a preferred place to purchase these online?
If you're at it buy the complete kit which will include the valve and replace all with the new.
