Is slamming necessary on opening?

I pulled back my cover today and tested my water. My FC was 5. Water is clear. Should I still SLAM when I open? Here’s my complete results:
FC-5
CYA-20-30
pH- 7.4
TA- 40
Borate- 15
Salt- 2000
Water temp- 56

Sounds like you had an awesome closing and opening. SLAM? ..... I don't see the need. Go ahead and continue opening clean-up and balance as usual. If you have a concern, do an OCLT before increasing your CYA since you do have a salt pool. Other than that, it looks like you're in great shape.
