I have a Haywood gas heater connected to a OmniLogic panel. 3rd with this system. The heater will not turn on while connected to the Omni panel but works fine in manual mode. Any tips on what to troubleshoot between the panel and heater? I would suspect the relay might be an issue or wiring? Maybe an issue with the Omni panel config?

check for a comm wire either on LV1-LV4. Make sure the heater displays BO when operating from the Omni. Under config menu from the Omni check that the correct relay is selected for the heater. Inspect the comm wire for any breaks. After putting into BO make sure the heater is actually set to Pool or Spa.
That was it setting it the pool while in BO! Its always the simple things.
