What's needed to maintain?

Hello, so I have a 20-25k gallon chlorine pool/spa. I have weekly maintenance and I'm not the happiest. I skim/clean filter in pump and clean my basket out regularly already myself. What chemicals other than chlorine do I need to add weekly/regularly? Is there an all in one type product? Any suggestions would be amazing. Thanks in advance

First is to get a proper test kit. A TF100/Pro or Taylor K2006C.
With your climate and fill water, you likely will only need to add chlorine on a regular basis, occasionally some CYA (or use trichlor tablets judiciously) and maybe some muriatic acid on occasion.

Is there an all in one type product?

Avoid *any* multiple cure product. They rarely help any of the things they claim, and on top of that are usually harmful. If they don't add something directly harmful to the pool like copper or sulfates, they add hidden CYA which is harmful to the chemistry when the levels spike from frequent use.

Any suggestions would be amazing.

I have a salt water chlorone generator (as do the two other responders to this thread). We all produce our own chlorine in the backyard and not needing the trips to the store is an intangible that cannot be overstated.
