We are scheduled to plaster this week, weather is supposed to be cold and wet.

30’s and 40’s early in the week and raining later in the week.

Are there guidelines I need to make sure we’re fillowing to get a good plaster job.

Plaster is Stonescapes mini-pebble.

TIA TFP

Ask the pool builder to delay plaster as you don’t feel comfortable having the plaster job done with adverse weather conditions. Plastering should not be done at temps below 40F just as you wouldn’t pour concrete at temps that low. As well, rain water is very aggressive and, unless the plasterer plans to tent the entire pool area during troweling, you don’t think it’s a good idea to plaster in the rain.

What is more important, staying on an arbitrary schedule OR getting a good plaster job?

@onBalance might have better advice...
