We are new pool owners and noticed today a trillion super super tiny bugs on the walls and surface of the pool. It has rained for two days and I think they are thrips based on what I have researched but I wanted to ask do they go away on their own? I am skimming them like crazy but wondering if it will be a consistent problem we won’t be able to get rid of.

I would recommend making sure your FC level is good for your pool and that there's nothing growing in the pool for them to feed on.

If they are thrips then they will cycle out as the temps rise.
