I have a question. I am planning on building a new pool this year. I want a swim up bar. My question is how do you drain the swim up bar area? If you say sump pump then my question is where does the pump send the water. Btw. I have neighbors on all three sides of my backyard and a side entry garage on one side of house. Which is also the side I want my swim up bar to go.

It would go where your drain off from the roof and pool will go You will need somewhere for all of the water to go. Your PB should be able to work with you on that.

How far below grade? Where is the floor of the bar elevation in relation to the street?
