Spa jet/eyeball stuck

Hello all, first post after lurking here for a while. Can someone please help me identify what type/name of these jets? I have four of these in my spa, the eyeball in the one pictured always gets sideways and prevents water flow. The outer ring does nothing as far as I can tell, it just spins, doesn't tighten, etc. Thank you in advance and I'm happy I found this site!

Thanks 1, any tips on getting the outer ring to engage so it functions? All of mine just spin around with no impact to the jet.

As you can see from the picture, it is an assembly that is probably broken and needs to be replaced. About $25.00 online. Expect considerably more if you have it done. It sometimes takes "forever" to get a broken jet out of its body.
