Spa Covers

I have a Hot Springs Jetsetter spa that I need a new cover for. I ordered one on line 7 months ago and they never sent it. I'm out my $500.00 and still don't have a cover. Are their any reputable places I can get that cover? The ones offered by the Hot Springs dealer are outrageous..Before I spend well over $1000.00 I would like to explore the possibility of getting one offered on line..Can I trust those offered on Amazon to be legitimate companies..Thanks in advance..

I bought a spa cover from RHTubs quite a few years ago. I was part of their forum and the business was legit. But that was then and this is now, the business is still there but I no longer deal with them. The cover guy and spa depot have been around a long time.

I'm surprised you're out money if you paid by credit card, they usually back the card holder from fraud; maybe use a paypal payment system in case of a problem.

I just had my cover from beyond nice delivered last month. From order to delivery was 5 weeks.

I filed a dispute with my credit card company..They said they would investigate and credit my account within 2- 3 days..Since company has folded I don't see how they can back charge them....I'll see what happens..

They may not but they might probably still credit you.
