Shock from pool light screw

Hey All, I can feel electrical current coming from the pool light screw when the pump is on. When the pump is off, the current stops. I don't feel it from the metal surrounding the light, just the screw itself. Burns pretty good if you keep you finger on it for a few seconds. Very confusing, any experience or thoughts on what could be causing this? Thanks

Call an electrician or a pool builder. Seriously. Don't screw around with it. Don't let anyone into the pool until it is addressed.

Someone needs to check the bonding of ALL the equipment and especially the pump, light, and niche. It sounds like you've got current coming from the pump motor onto the bonding wire and then to the anchor screw of the light. But it's odd that the rest of the metal is not energized (or maybe it is, just that the brass screw gives a better path to YOU).

Well how often do you touch the pool light screw ? I don't think I ever touched mine in 8 years.
