Thanks for your great post. What does PCS stand for? I have found covers from Pool Cover Specialists and from Pool Cover Solutions and I’m not sure which you were referring to.

My Infinity 4000 cover is by Pool Cover Specialists, out of Charlestown, SC. its been 14 years, so may have sold?
Pool Cover Specialists, but my understanding is that it was bought by Latham who owns coverstar.

I purchased a new cover from my vendor to replace my cover in 2023. The rope built into the cover near the leading edge had eroded. Opening fully, the cover would come out of the track. I found though that just leaving the cover out 6 inches ( rope stays in track)- no problem so it has been almost 2 seasons and is still working nicely. I will probably replace the cover for my 2025 season. 10 years , even nine, is quite the run, especially considering much of my cover is dragged over a flagstone surface.

Oh that's right... so disappointing to me that Latham is buying everything up.
