I'm looking for something protective to wear when pouring chlorine, because even a stray drop will bleach my clothing. It would be nice to find something easy to put on and flexible enough to not hinder carrying and pouring five gallon carboys.

Any thoughts?

Thank you.

If one thing I’d first suggest is to stop messing around with a 5 gallon carboy. It’s one thing to carry them from the car to where you store them, but skip handling them as they’re a royal pain. Instead get a pump where you can manually transfer chlorine from the heavy carboy and put it into something easier to handle.

Amazon has chemical resistant work aprons fairly cheap. Might not be 100% protection but one might help and it would be pretty quick and easy to throw on.

I've probably been lucky to have not bleached my clothes yet. I pour from the jug into a measured gallon pitcher then into the pool. Not that i wear gucci suits around the pool anyway. I won't be too upset if i bleach my usual $15 shorts or $8 shirt 😆
