I will tell you that most of the pool builders in each area all use the same 2 or 3 plaster subs. What you need to do is start getting on the phone and finding the names of the plaster companies in your area and making calls. Ask for their references and talk to them and see if you can peek at their pools!

You can try watercrafters in Gaithersburg as a start. I'd say get at least 3 quotes. I'm interested in your quote as my neighbor wants to do a replaster in the end of the season.
