Pool is clear but tinted green

Hello, I have a problem pool on my hands.
here are the chemical levels.

10ppm cl
7.6ph
120cya
120alk
0 phosphates

Pool is clear where you can see the bottom. There is no algae as nothing brushes off the walls or floors. The filter is clean everytime i go to clean it. But the pool water is tinted green.

Welcome to TFP! Any chance the fill water is form a well? Iron will do it. Maybe post some pics?

I know you mention you don't have algae but... to be absolutely sure: Perform the Overnight FC Loss Test (OCLT)
