I noticed that there were no Google reviews for my pool company. On Google, there was not even an option to do a review but now that's changed. I submitted his business address to Google and it was instantly approved and now there is an option to review his business. I've been very unhappy with him since day 1 and just trying to get through this. I have not decided as of yet if I will leave a review but if I do, it will be documented with dates, events, situations and plenty of photographs. He took me to two of his pool builds prior to a contract being signed and said that all of his customers would be happy to show off their pools. I can say with confidence that he would never ask me to bring someone over after all the problems we've had. I suspect that for some, he may do a good job and be on top of things but that hasn't been my experience. I want to provide a detailed review to give a perspective of the other side. How many of you selected a builder just to find out what a disappointment they were?

From reading this forum, it is definitely not unusual to be unhappy with your PB. A PB in Tampa just went out of business leaving 500ish pools unfinished after many customers had paid in full, so I'd say there are 500 families in my area alone that regret their PB choice. 
My PB is slow...6 pools were started after mine in my neighborhood with different builders and 2 are done, so that's irritating but given what others are going thru, I can't complain too much.
