Today I discovered one of the Polaris 280 wheels fell off. I tried to put it back, but no success. It looks like I need to replace something. But I don't know what to replace. Any help is greatly appreciated! Pictures are attached below.

The plastic flat head screw lost the top part of the screw head, which doesn't leave much for you to be able to use to remove the threaded part.
If you can't get the threaded part of the screw out with pliers, you might be able to heat up the end of a flat screwdriver and push it into the plastic. Let it cool and then unscrew.
Or, you can replace the axle.

Thanks for all the help! I was able to get the old screw out replaced it with a new one
