I have been battling a leaking pump for months. I cannot seem to get the leak stopped. Have even removed the entire pump and taking it to a pool repair business, and they can't fix it. Call to Pentair Customer Service and they are telling me that the Tank Body Assembly must be warped and need to replace it. Part #17307-0110S. I have called around and no one seems to have it in stock at a reasonable price. Even checked online. Some companies who have it in stock are twice the price of what it is worth. Does anyone have a connect that actually has the part and at a reasonable price??? BTW, yes I have replaced all the seals, bearing and even the metal V-Clamp. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Here is a case where online shopping is the best course. Despite what appears to be (and, to me, is) an outrageous price, most of the prices online that I did a quick look at are between $20 and $40 less than I can get through a distributor. I bought one of these a year ago to replace a broken one and my price was $80.00 less then from the same supplier.
As ubiquitous as those pumps are in both IntelliPro and Max-E-Pro version, some pool service tech would likely have a used one somewhere in their inventory of used parts. I actually have a Max-E-2 version in my side yard, I believe. Not quite the same and would require some replumbing. Try to get a hold of one of those if you can.
