Look at other side of board and see if it has Pentair markings like here…

If you want to assess the condition of the heater and decide if it is worthwhile putting money into it you need to remove the manifold and examine the bypass valve and heat exchanger. Repairs would only be economical as DIY. Makes no sense to pay a tech to do a lot of labor.
