Pentair Legend Going In Circles

I take care of a pool that has a Pentair legend pool cleaner. It goes in circles because the left wheel, when under pressure from trying to climb a wall or, anything basically, comes away from the gear that is supposed to make contact with the inside of the wheel gear which makes it spin because the right wheel is turning but the left is not. It’s not old and the teeth on the wheel and gear are good and not stripped. I’m wondering if anyone knows a fix for this.

Yup, I used the search feature for this site very extensively before creating a new thread. Read all those threads before. Most more than once. None addressed the specific problem I mentioned. One talks about the teeth but like I said the teeth on mine are good. Oh well, thanks for trying anyway.
