I got it figured out. After you posted the picture, I remembered that we just rearranged the router and everything that that was plugged into it. I forgot to plug in the pentair box. I feel like an idiot and have spent so much time and frustration trying to figure it out. Thank you so much for your help!In the Windows search bar enter cmd and then click on Command Prompt
