Pentair intellicenter won't connect to wifi

Your wireless link consists of two boxes.

The blue circled egg is what you have at the panel.

That connects to the green circled box that is connected to the to your network router or a switch. You need to find the box and see what LEDs are lit or flashing on it.

You can also open the outdoor antanna and you will find a board with LEDs on it.

I still don’t like that gateway address.

Do you have Windows PCs or Macs at your house?

You have iPhone or IPads?

In the Windows search bar enter cmd and then click on Command Prompt

Enter ipconfig /all into the command prompt

If you can clip the screen and show it to me that would be great.

I want to know:
IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . :
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . :
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . :
DHCP Server . . . . . . . . . . . :

I got it figured out. After you posted the picture, I remembered that we just rearranged the router and everything that that was plugged into it. I forgot to plug in the pentair box. I feel like an idiot and have spent so much time and frustration trying to figure it out. Thank you so much for your help!

Glad I threw enough things at you that one of them worked.

I asked you an hour ago in post #19 if there were any changes to your home network.

Ya, I just didn't think that moving the router made a difference. Didn't realize I didn't plug in the box. Thank you again.

Make note of what the correct network IP addresses are in your IntelliCenter Ethernet Settings so you know if it has a good connection to your home network the next time you have a problem.
