Pentair intellicenter - local login

I see their site is down - my app has not been able to connect since last Wednesday - I thought even if their system was down you could still locally login/control the system?

I have to say - if I did this pool again today - I would not use Pentair....
 
You can't control it through the outdoor panel itself?

I'm not a Pentair expert, but I really swear I've seen people login locally to Pentair systems through their PC. Hopefully this bump back to the top will get someone with much more experience on those systems to stop by.
 
I have logged onto the app on my phone multiple times a day every day. Just logged on now, too. On the iPhone app, what is your version? iOS Version 2.3.181 displays on my phone.

I also just logged onto intellicenter2.com on my laptop.

Is it timing out? What does it do when you try on your phone or pc?
 
I did not realize the website changed to intellicenter2.com. Was trying intellicenter.com

It shows my system is offline.

When I try to 'connect to local system' in the app... it just sits there... nothing happens.

My wifi says Pentair is connected - but there has been NO data transferred since 5/11
 
iPhone or Android? Have you gone to either app store and ensured you’re on the latest version? If so, then it maybe time for you to reboot your intellicenter.

Walk out to the console, turn off the pump, etc. Then flip each breaker off. After a minute or so, flip the breakers back on. After a few minutes, to make sure everything comes back on per your schedules, try again. For me I do this once a quarter or so, also I reboot my home network, too. YMMV, it works well for me.
