Does anyone have experience with this filter. One person posted a review and said it has a single filter. It is taller than the normal Clean & clear that we are accustomed to. It will take a plumbing change but that was going to happen anyway.

The picture is of a Clean and Clear filter, which only goes up to 200 Sq. ft..
The Clean and Clear Plus (CCP) goes up to 520 Sq. Ft. and has 4 cartridges..
The bigger the filter the better.. No such thing as too big for a filter.

Jim, the reviews that I have seen for the Crystal Water are mixed. Some said that the housing cracked. I don’t know if it is common or if they addressed the issue.
It is an attractive price if it holds up.

Did it just get shipped bad, or did it go bad over time??
I can't see how it would crack unless not drained in the winter or sudden freeze..
They seem to me to be pretty beefy.. At my house I have the Pentair CCP 520.. It is about 12 years old and working fine.. but, if it went bad tomorrow, I'd replace it with the Waterway.

I pretty much don't trust any Amazon reviews anymore. I just went through it again looking up cofee makers. Many of the reviews I was reading clearly weren't for the model they were under. The only ones I trust have pictures of that model, and even then, my 'is this guy just an idiot' senses are on high alert. 
Ok so you found 3 bad reviews of how many filters installed ? A million ? Most people can't be bothered to write a positive review, but most unhappy people make it their mission. Every last product out there has early failure occurrances. Nobody is immune.

There are not that many reviews for the Crystal Water Filter, so it was easy to see.
