Hello - we had a flood this past week and the pool equipment was inundated with water. The circuit breaker tripped. Reset the breaker and GFI and the pool's main pump started right back up. However, the Polaris booster pump ( PB4-60) will not start no matter what I do. It was suggested I replace the capacitof to see if it was shorted out when the circuit was tripped during the flood. The pool pump and booster pump are on the same circuit.
I pulled the parts diagram from the web and cannot find if his pump has a capacitor. Many posts seem to reference it but I cannot find out how to replace it and what the replacement part might be. I want to try this before I get a whole new pump. Can someone point out where this capacitor is????
