Hello, this is my first post here and I hope to learn lots that will help us manage our pools and spa better. We have a 40K gallon pebble tech chlorine pool in our main house and, true confessions, I have been a puck chucker with that pool. I need to treat it much better and that's why I'm here. Additionally, we just purchased a fixer-upper lake house that has this spa and an ABG oval pool (11K gallon?) with a ripped up liner, both recessed in the deck.
Regarding the spa...I'm hoping that someone can identify the model of this Leisure Bay hot tub. Once I know the model number, I can find the users manual and work through the controls and troubleshoot. My initial messing around with it proved that the jets come on and the thermostat registered 72 (I felt that was accurate). Hubby didn't want to climb under the deck for a dirty job to remove the panel and investigate just yet
That will come after I know what we have and find the book. Then...I'm sending him in for the dirty job and to meet the critters under there!
