I just paid $15/gallon for 20 Baum at my local pool store. Bought 2 cases $120. Seems expensive. What do you pay in your neck of the woods? I have never seen my local Home Depot ever carry it (or at least ever have it in stock) even though they claim they do.

Same. $15/gallon at my local Leslie’s. I was shocked when told the price. I checked Lowe’s online when I got home and it was 1/2 the price of Leslie’s: box of 2 gallons for around $15. Guess I’ll have to give up on convenience of Leslie’s.

Last year I paid $10/gallon for 31% MA. Pool opens on Monday and I will let you know in a few days what this years price is.

Even my cheapo mom and pop store that does 4x1 refillables went up to nearly $10/gallon. Prices have gone way up.

Ooof... I paid $5.95/gal of 31.45% at the middle of March. Picked up 8 gallons at our local farm store (Atwoods - for those in the area).

Edit - Added strength.

Lowe’s $15 for 2 gal 31.45%. Leslie’s $30. HD $19. Even the weak stuff (1/2 strength) is up in price at Wal Mart, I believe it was $12.98 for 2

Paid $34.95 for 4 gallons of 31% MA at my local pool store. $8.73/gallon.

Paid $25.95 for 4 gallons of 10% liquid chlorine with a late January date code. $6.48/gallon.

No strong stuff at any Lowe's or HD around me, the half strength is $8.50 a gallon. I was in Leslie's about a week ago and got regular strength 31.45% for ~$9 gallon but I just now checked their website and it's up to $15 a gallon!!!

Right before Christmas I got 31.45% from Leslies for only $7.50/gallon. Before Christmas I was paying $6 gallon at HD for half strength. I can't believe the price of Leslie's has doubled in 4 months!!

I'm wondering if I need to stock up at HD or Lowe's before their price doubles also.
