Modular Pools (shipping container)

I just saw a video for these on my Facebook feed and thought it was really cool. I wanted to share but I wasn't quite sure which area to post it in. Basically a shipping container that they turned into a pool. It's a little pricey if you ask me. Could probably get an in ground pool built for close to the same price. It's still really cool though.

Is that installed or just the cost of the pool? That is really expensive for such a small pool. One of their claims on the video was how it was a reasonably priced option...

Yeah the concept is pretty cool. The price is terrible. I am not sure about the install being included. If you had to pay for a trucking company to deliver and then a crane to put it where you need it, on top of the cost of it. :/ Not good.

They are in BC, Canada - everything is expensive there (I'm from BC originally). I think everything here in Canada is more expensive than you guys pay in the US. That's my experience anyways. Sorry to bring up a ghost thread, but someone on another (Canada focused) forum was just asking about these very pools and I thought I would look on here and see if anyone has one.

Lol, the other site isn't a pool site, just a Canadian site with lots of forums. The person was in the "home and garden" forum asking about these pools.

Actually this site comes up frequently on the site I am referring to whenever anyone posts something about pool maintenance. That is how I originally found this site, by reading on that site. Canadians like trouble free pools!
