Just finished up my install today, got my water delivered and filter hooked up this morning. Hopped in, swam around and noticed the liner separated from the bead... bummer... looking for some input on fixing this spot of the liner, hopefully I can glue/patch this and it wont keep continuing to separate further and get larger. I emailed the company to get a warranty claim started but I would like to fix this myself. 2 trucks of water was not cheap.

Try using a wooden kitchen spoon to gently push it back into place. When I had my new liner installed 3 years ago, it popped out slightly in a few places the first year. I just pushed them back in and had no issues the years since. Vinyl is very flexible when brand new.
This is not the bead comming out if the track. It is the weld of the vinyl liner separating from the unibead
Wow. That is super unfortunate. I can’t think of anything that would prevent the weight of the water from causing further separation. Did you call the company? I would - they need to make this right.
bummer. you could try some flex seal tape. it won't look pretty but it might hold things in place until you get warranty situation worked out...
Anyone have any experience with dealing with swimline on a liner warranty? Or any liner company? They are saying I need to send a piece of the defective seam to them. This seems extremely inconvenient to me as I will have to drain my pool and they are saying its a 3-4 week lead time on the new liner. Who even knows how accurate that is. It doesnt seem reasonable to have to leave my pool drained for over a month to use the warranty. Anyone with experience dealing with these warranties please let me know and tips to deal with these tactics. Thanks all.
They want a piece of the liner so that you aren't trying to get a free liner. Similar to having to cut the power cord off electronics to claim a warranty. The liner needs to be fixed, or you need to get a new one. What I think I would try is find a liner patch kit that has a larger 4" or 5" square patch, if you can find one that large. Cut out a damaged piece of the seam, maybe 2" wide and maybe an inch down from the bead. Do the best you can to glue the remaining liner back to the bead, then glue the patch over where you cut it out. You'd need a way to replace the bead, or perhaps some beadlock to hold that section of the liner in. That might let you keep using the pool. If it doesn't work, you haven't lost anything except a bit of time.
Here is what I ended up doing, went to a local pool store. The owner was very helpful and gave me a piece of sample liner they had laying around to try and fix the seam. I glued it on over top and it seems to have fixed my issue for now. The swimline warranty is a joke with them requiring you to send a piece of the defective seam to them. I ended up emailing The Pool Factory where I bought the pool from. Sent them a picture of the seam and the had my a new liner mailed out the next day and said they will deal with swimline themselves. They also included a nice chunk of the top of my liner pattern I have in the pool to glue over what patch I already have to make the patterns match. I cant reccomend the pool factory enough after this.
