Has anyone successfully solved this problem? We’ve been getting the error for a few months. When we reset the system it clears for a little while then comes back. We’ve cleaned the salt cell, water is balanced. I’ve read through the few threads online and it sounds like one of three possible problems (salt cell is dying, fuses need to be replaced or mother board is going bad). The pool is only 3 years old. Any suggestions are appreciated! IMG_1071.png

Welcome to TFP.

What model Omni system are we discussing?

It is a problem with the board, not the cell.

Have you removed the board and examined it for any signs of components overheating, loose solder joints, or burning?

Currently dealing with this issue myself. Sometimes it clears itself in a few days - other times it clears by powering on and off. Currently have the errors again. I have the pool company coming out tomorrow since this is only my 3rd season with the pool. Unfortunately, they charge $185 an hour regardless if the parts are covered under warranty. OP have you figured anything out?

No, I have not found a solution. Our pool builder won't come out to look at it. Keeps telling us to reset it, which does clear the error momentarily but it comes back either within a few hours or a couple days. I'm sorry I don't have better news, I hope they figure yours out.

Pool company came out and of course, the alarms cleared. They installed the firmware update and I haven't got the error since. Almost 24 hours.
