I recently had my SWG replaced with a Ichlor30 last week. Installer also added all the good to get my levels back. Since pool was out of commission for a few weeks.
I bought a K2006 just to check my levels myself.
15000 gallon dated pool. Plaster needs to be redone
Water looks great and is crystal clear.
SWG was 100% initially but this week I lowered to 75% for 10 hours a day.

Am I doing this right?

FC 13ppm? 26 drops/ 0.5 (10ml sample)
PH 7.8
CYA 90
TA 110
CH 320
Salt 1900ppm
Temp 86F (Florida)

Pool math is just telling me to add 16 oz of MA to lower PH and TA and to replenish some water.

For FC with the 25ml sample size, each drop counts as 0.2
Use the 10ml sample size to save reagents - eaxh drop counts as 0.5

With a CYA of 90 or above, we recommend doing the diluted CYA test.

I am surprised your SWCG is working with your salt at 1900ppm. Mine starts complaining around 2300ppm. Are you sure you are not getting a low salt warning?

If you’re using a handheld meter those go easily out of calibration. Keep a Taylor 1766 kit on hand to compare against the meter every once in a while
