iChlor 30 and Intelliconnect Not Communicating

I installed the Intielliconnect to my pool, and everything was working fine. When the pool pump was off, the iChlor 30 would display 0 to show it wasn't making chlorine while the pump was off. Recently, it will only show 0 and not produce chlorine. The Pentair Home App shows it working fine. It allows me to change the percent, but the iChlor still does not produce any chlorine. When I disconnected the rs-485 cable, I was able to adjust the chlorine levels on the iChlor, and it was producing chlorine. I thought maybe my cable was faulty, so I installed a different cable. It went back to not producing chlorine. The Intelliconnect operates the pump perfectly, so I don't think it's on its side of things. I don't know if something is wrong with the iChlor cell or the power center. I don't know if it could be the terminal block that connects the to the board in the terminal block. It's frustrating that the app thinks it's connected. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you called Pentair Support?

What Software Version is in your IntelliConnect?

Pentair has been fixing bugs in the IntelliConnect and only their Support can push new software to your box.

I think that is fairly recent software but it is worthwhile getting the most up to date SW before you go chasing other problems.
