IC 40 keeps restarting after 5 seconds operation

Hi there,
My intellichlor Ic40 is stuck in a loop. It will boot up as normal, and flash green and red as it checks salt levels. This takes about 5 mins. Then I get all green lights for about 5 seconds, and then the power cuts and the device resets and loops back to testing levels. Any ideas for diagnosis?

I had one that did that and it was replaced under warranty..
