How to fix leak in inground Gunite pool?

I did the bucket test and my pool has a leak.

My pool has fiberglass lining on Gunite. I see a crack as shown in the pic which might be the cause of the leak.

1. Is there any temporary solution like duct tape I can put on it to confirm that is the cause?
2. If the crack is the cause, what is long term/proper solution?

Yeah I would use a waterproof tape for testing.

Marine (boat) fiberglass repair kit like this. Messy and the instructions need to be followed exactly. Only done it a couple of times, but it worked:

Confirm the leak with some food coloring dripped in front of it to see if it's sucked through.

I tried the food coloring/dye but it it didn't look like it got sucked in the crack as you can see in the video.

It works now. You don't have a leak there which is a bit of a surprise.
